Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to state reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or an appointed third party who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To make use of your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Komar Products GmbH & Co. KG Georg-Müller-Straße 2 D-83059 Kolbermoor, Tel: +49(0)8031/40689-35 mail: info@fototapete.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract in the form of a clear declaration (mail, fax or e-mail). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, however this is not mandatory.

To observe the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send notification of your intention to use your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges that may arise if you selected a form of delivery other than the least expensive, standard delivery usually offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we shall use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless another agreement has been explicitly made with you; on no account will you be charged for this refund. We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have received the goods or you have proven to us that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earliest date.

You must return or submit to us the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been observed if you return to us the goods before expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to your handling of the goods in a manner that is deemed unnecessary to test the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and which require the individual selection or specification by the consumer or which are clearly made according to the personal requirements of the consumer.
